- Authenticate and select your event. Add the required API access key, submit the integration, and select the Visit by GES event you want to connect.
- Map your data. Configure how visitor and partner records should map into Swapcard before starting synchronization. Use email or unique identifiers to ensure accurate matching of attendee records.
- Run your sync. Synchronization begins only after you manually start the integration and complete the required mapping.
- Keep records aligned over time. Refresh records as your Visit by GES data changes, with the option to use webhooks for instant updates. Use the Full Refresh feature to resolve data inconsistencies.

Does the integration support two-way sync?
No. The integration is one-way, with data flowing from Visit by GES into Swapcard. Updates made in Visit by GES can be reflected in Swapcard, but deleted records are not automatically removed; they must be deleted manually in Swapcard when needed.
