How It Works

  1. Prepare your Maritz credentials. Ensure you have your Maritz API credentials (username, password, and show code).
  2. Connect Maritz to Swapcard. In Swapcard Studio → Event Builder → Integrations, select ‘’Maritz’’ from the list and enter your credentials.
  3. Select your event. From the list of accessible Maritz events, choose the one you want to link with your Swapcard event.
  4. Map your fields. Configure how registration fields (e.g., first name, email, company) map into Swapcard.
  5. Start the sync. Run the integration to import your registrants. Choose ‘’full refresh’’ for the first run and ‘’incremental sync’’ for updates.

The integration supports syncing common registration fields, including first name, last name, email, company, address, member type, and location details (such as city, state, and country). Additional registration fields can be mapped based on your event setup.

Can I sync updates after the initial import?

Yes. After the initial full import, you can run manual syncs on demand. The integration supports both full refreshes and incremental updates to keep your attendee list up to date in Swapcard. Note: If a registrant is deleted in Maritz, you’ll need to manually remove them from Swapcard to keep both platforms aligned.
