- Average compliance per page: ≈ 76.4%, calculated from the twelve audited pages
- Sample: 12 pages selected to represent the site’s main features and content
6. Non-Accessible Content and Features
Despite the partial compliance level, several accessibility issues remain:
- Images and icons: Missing or irrelevant alternative text for some images and icons;use of empty alt attributes for informative images
- Videos: Embedded Wistia videos lack subtitles and transcripts, making them inaccessible to deaf or hard-of-hearing users
- Contrast: Certain text elements and interface components have insufficient color contrast, particularly in feature lists and buttons
- Navigation: No skip link to jump to main content; inconsistent heading structure (missing h1 or skipped heading levels); lists not marked up with
<ul>/<li> - Interactive components: Cards, menus, and dynamic elements are not always keyboard-accessible; open/closed state not conveyed via ARIA attributes
- Forms: Labels not associated with input fields; missing required field indicators and accessible error messages
- Link text: Some links have overly generic labels (“See how they did it”, “View All Features”) that do not clearly describe their destination
7. Additional Notes
- Untested areas: Some password-protected or dynamic modules could not be audited due to restricted access
- Mobile compatibility: The audit was primarily conducted on the desktop version; additional testing on the mobile version is planned
8. Preparation of This Statement
This statement was written on October 7, 2025, by ImpacTH, following the audit describedabove. It will be updated after the corrective measures have been implemented and a new audit has been performed.

- Contrast: Adjust text and background colors to meet the required contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1 for body text).
- 4Navigation and structure: Add a visible “Skip to content” link; restructure headings (h1–h6); and use list tags for enumerations.
- Keyboard and ARIA accessibility: Ensure that all interactive components (cards, menus, buttons) are keyboard-navigable and expose their states via ARIA attributes (
aria-expanded, aria-controls). - 6Forms: Associate each field with a label; mark required fields; provide accessible error messages; and use appropriate input types (
