Co-Founder and CEO at Augmented AI
Max is the Co-Founder and CEO at Augmented AI - focused on helping Events & Media businesses embed AI Agents into their workflow. He was previously the President of IIRIS and Chief Transformation Officer at Informa Markets and led the digital transformation agenda through the pandemic. Max joined Informa in 2015 as Group Digital Director and then took on the role of Chief Digital Officer in Taylor & Francis where he led the Growth Acceleration Plan to drive the growth of eBook revenue through the launch of T&F’s own e-book platform. Prior to joining Informa, as a CTO at Pearson Plc, he launched the first tablet based learning product in India and South Africa. Max held global senior technology leadership roles at Diageo, Pfizer and JP Morgan Chase. Max began his career as a software engineer in the financial services industry. Max is an active angel investor and advisor for tech start-ups in the media space.

He has worked in event tech for 10 years at Swapcard, DoubleDutch (Cvent) and prior to that he was at Linkedin for 5 years through the launch into the UK and EMEA Market.
